The final stage of the stepwise process of bringing in Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation or CLP) into play was completed this year when the Dangerous Substances Directive 67/548/EEC (DSD) and Dangerous Preparations Directive 1999/45/EC (DPD) were repealed on the 1st of June 2015. This EU legislation relates to the labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures.
